Everyone I've interacted with - whether it was the doctors, pharmacists, or front desk staff - has been genuinely kind and professional. You can tell they actually care about their patients, which makes such a difference. It's rare to find a clinic where you can get so many different services in one place without having to run around to multiple locations.

TrustyMed Medical Clinic provided prompt, caring care when I was ill on my trip. The doctor was thorough, the staff was kind, and I felt better quickly. Highly recommended for visitors!

Honestly one of the best walk-in clinics in Aurora. The staff are warm, the doctor takes time to listen, and the whole visit feels easy and stress-free. I always leave feeling cared for.

I took my 4 years old son to the clinic for vaccination today. The experience was perfect with the support from the doctor and staff. A big shout out to Tara who is knowledgeable and patient with the kid. My son was terrified and refused to take the shot at the clinic. Tara had spent time to calm him down and get the shot done swiftly. Thank you for the great work. You are the star!

I had a wonderful experience at Trusty Med. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist and the entire team were amazing—very welcoming, professional, and kind.
A special thank you to Marlene and the other staff member who helped with my blood work. They were both incredibly gentle, caring, and made the whole process very comfortable. The doctor was also excellent—professional, attentive, and reassuring.
